Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Fixture

  Carefully place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
