How do I choose the right size chandelier for my room?
A good rule of thumb is to add the length and width of your room in feet; the sum in inches should be the approximate diameter of your chandelier. For example, a 12x12 foot room would suit a 24-inch wide fixture.
Are light bulbs included with my purchase?
Most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specified in the product description. This allows you to choose the preferred color temperature and brightness for your specific space.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures or those with cut wires cannot be returned for a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states and Canada. Due to varying electrical voltage standards (110V vs 220V), we recommend checking local compatibility before ordering for use outside North America.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Glass components are fragile; if your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Are your products compatible with smart home dimmers?
Most of our LED-integrated and incandescent fixtures are dimmable. However, compatibility depends on the specific bulb and dimmer switch used. We recommend using ELV or TRIAC dimmers for the best results.
