Flat top smooth surface packer - to place by itself or ontop of a stack of ridged WBP110 packers.

Weather board packers are to mount Up/Down tube lights, Lanterns and bulkheads on a vertical surface, simply click and arrange together multiple packers to build a satisfactory vertical mounting surface.
